The impact of a wounded inner child on health.

Our health depends on many factors


1. The way you are born (natural or caesarean), whether you were breastfed or not.

2. Did your mother face any traumatic incidents during pregnancy?

3. Did you get good & enough nutritional food during childhood?

4. At present what is your diet?

5. Did you have any traumatic incidents in life?

Traumatic incidents create a hormonal imbalance. It increases cortisol, overworks adrenal glands, increases blood sugar & insulin, and impacts brain neurochemicals. It also impacts GUT microbiomes creating digestive issues & autoimmune disorders.


Along with physical issues, traumatic incidents lead one to Complex – PTSD, depression, anxiety, Borderline personality disorder & other mental health issues.

It’s a vicious cycle that goes on – physical health issues cause mental health issues, and mental health issues cause physical health issues. The root cause for these is traumatic incidents in life. Address them to break this cycle.

Many parents are overprotective & sensitive when it comes to their children. They allow them to play on the ground; if they get little bruises they stop them from playing.

You have poor immunity, you catch cold very frequently, you only need hot water for bathing, you don’t have enough strength to carry heavy things, you fall sick very easily, you have a bad appetite & you can’t digest heavy foods, if you travel a lot you will fall sick & many more.


We think health issues have nothing to do with the mind, emotions & life experiences. If you observe closely everything is interrelated. Our body is an amazing organism that knows exactly how much blood to pump, and which organ needs what nutrients. A complex & intelligent process runs in the body.
