Client Agreement & Practice Policies

Booking & Consultation

  • All sessions and group programs are paid in advance.

  • The first consultation call (30–45 mins) is free. It's a discovery session to explore whether we’re a good fit. This can be rescheduled once. If you don’t show up, I won't be able to work with you further — it shows you're not yet ready or committed to the journey.

  • Appointments are booked via Calendly. Google Meet links are auto-shared. WhatsApp is used for communication.

  • You are responsible for scheduling your sessions and completing them within the agreed timeframe. I do not send reminders.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule 1:1 sessions up to 24 hours in advance.

  • A no-show or last-minute cancellation (under 24 hours) counts as a full session.

  • If you're on a session package and cancel last-minute more than once, further missed sessions will be counted.

  • If you've paid for a single session and cancel last-minute, 25% will be refunded. Rescheduling is not available for single sessions.

Refunds & Validity

  • No refunds are provided for group programs or session packages once the journey has begun.

  • I do not offer partial refunds, credits, or transfers.

  • In rare cases where I choose to terminate the therapeutic relationship, I will refund the remaining unused sessions.

  • All session packages must be used within the time frame discussed and agreed via WhatsApp/email.

  • Emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

Client Responsibility

  • This is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.

  • You are responsible for the homework, processes, and applying what’s shared in your real life. Your transformation depends on your level of honesty, effort, and integration.

  • I expect mutual respect, readiness, and emotional safety in this space. If this is not upheld, I may pause or end the process.

Confidentiality & Data

  • I take your privacy seriously. All client data is stored securely and deleted 5 months after completion of our work together.

  • I may take guidance from mentors or supervisors when I’m stuck — without sharing your identity or personal details.

  • I use trusted third-party services like Calendly, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. Please review their privacy policies if concerned.

  • You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your data.
